Have you ever felt unreal, detached, days passing by unconsciously, living on auto-pilot mode? Days feel the same, always repeating the same movements, always meeting the same people. Over and over again, a never ending cycle. That's called sleepwalking through life. The cycle can be broken by taking control of your life, tuning in with your inner self, allowing your body and mind to feel emotions.

The painting is a raw, intense and powerful abstract representation of the artist's emotions during a period in her life where she was sleepwalking through life. She decided to use blue colours which reminded the blue pill in The Matrix, the pill of denial, sleepwalking and blissful ignorance.
