Reflections of Change

Reflection is defined as serious thought or consideration; the image of something in a mirror or on any reflective surface. Perhaps we need to reflect to ultimately improve ourselves and live our dreams.

So, by reflecting on where I am today - the changes that have occurred; perhaps I can better understand what lies ahead and more importantly, the changes that need to occur.
