A mixed media piece (12” x 16”) featuring an acrylic background with acrylic pour for the aquatic drip. This piece can be interpreted in a variety of ways depending on which angle you are observing it. My intention however was to create an abstract beach with two contrasting color schemes clashing together. The vibrant yet darkened hue of the sandy background allows the glistening ocean blue to pop off the canvas. A truly decorative piece that would fit with any summer-themed environment!
