After being robbed of $800 in a scam, I was left feeling very desolate. One of my most cherished pieces was shipped off without a home, leaving me heart broken for it. I created this piece as a way to vent; to pour my anguish along the cloudy mixture of red and blue. The purple rain drizzled gracefully along the surface and released an emotional tension that bogged me down. Watching every streak come down brought me more and more peace with every second. I still feel frustrated and angry over my own incompetence, however this piece brought me peace, at least for the moment.
