I have realised I have an issue with leaving white space or leaving something blank. I need to fill up the whole space.

When I reflect on how my mind works, it also works similarly. I cannot keep it blank. I will fill it up with something or the other. I could never leave an answer sheet blank, I would fill it up with something or the other. Empty spaces make me uncomfortable.

That explains me feeling anxious most of the times. I can never just be.
