To traverse is to go or travel across or over; or to move or pass along or through light rays. This to me is a beautiful word. We must travel across or pass through so many obstacles in life. It’s not an easy journey for anyone. We are all connected through our suffering. It’s truly the one thing we can all relate to. We suffer through so many loses in life. It’s how we travel across those obstacles, how we stand together through our suffering that matters. We must find the middle path as Buddha did. This reminds me of a quote by one of my favorite Chinese masters, Lao Tzu. He said “He who conquers others is strong; he who conquers himself is mighty.” It is the ego that we battle, not each other. We must traverse this obstacle together. May you find your peace in this world my friends.
